Our history
With extensive experience in the industry, I noticed a recurring problem: where to place the computer when working in the field? I have seen computers balanced on everything from cable drums and garbage cans to knees and arms - far from optimal.
From that need was born the idea for Tech Shelf – a specially developed shelf that is easy to assemble and provides the computer with a stable, safe and ergonomic work surface. A small solution to a big problem.
As Tech Shelf began to take shape, I had the opportunity to become part of Innovatum. To broaden the expertise and position the company well for future challenges, the team was expanded and Victor took on the role of commercial manager. With my technical expertise and Victor's strategic business perspective, we have together created a strong partnership that has been crucial in making Tech Shelf a reality.
We are also proud to announce that Field Tech Essentials has been accepted into the industrialization program Produktionsänglar in Södertälje. The program gives us access to an extensive network and solid expertise, while at the same time providing us with concrete help in maintaining a high standard in what we do. Our journey has only just begun. We strive to continue developing smart solutions that streamline your workday in the field.
